Ronnie. Latinazo was appointed Country Manager of EMC Philippines in January 2000. He joined EMC after a rich and extensive career in the competitive IT industry in South East Asia.

Ronnie oversees the setting up, development, and growth of EMC's core business in the Philippines involving intelligent enterprise storage-based information infrastructure solutions. He is also responsible for providing the overall direction, market strategy, business growth and in mainting world class customer satisfaction that EMC is renowned for.

Just a few months into his position, Ronnie has already put together EMC's competitive sales and support team tasked to build a stronger relationship with existing and potential customers. He has also been responsible for the appointments of new business partners to further expand EMC's channels and market reach.

Prior to his appointment, Ronnie was with IBM Philippines where he has held various key position spanning more than 11 years. He started as a Marketing Trainee and worked his way up to become Division Manager of IBM Philippines' Public Sector Industries.

He was then appointed as General Manager of IBM's Telecommunications and Media for the Asean / South Asia market. Before to joining EMC, he was General Manager for the Communications Sector of IBM's Asean / South Asia market.

Latinazo was also a member of IBM's prestigious Golden Circle for three years and was cited by the IBM Hundred Percent Club from 1990 to 1993 and again from 1995 to 1999.

Latinazo holds an Economics degree, graduating with Cum Laude, from the University of the Philippines.
